Ingredients

  1. 1 largefish (1 to 2 lbs.) cleaned and salted
  2. 1bell pepper, medium size, sliced into strips
  3. 1/2 cupginger, sliced into strips
  4. 1red onion, medium size, sliced
  5. 1 cupwhite vinegar
  6. 5 clovegarlic, crushed
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/4 cupsugar
  9. 1/2 cupcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Fry both sides of fish until a bit crispy. Set aside.

    Heat a clean pan. Pour in the vinegar and let it boil.

  3. 3

    Add garlic, ginger and sugar. Cook and boil for a minute.

  4. 4

    Put in the onion and bell pepper. Cook until the vegetsbles becomes tender.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle the salt and stir. Put in the fried fish. Cook for 5 minutes.

    Transfer to a serving plate. Serves 4.
