Cook Once, Eat Twice. BBQ Hot Open Sandwiches

I like cooking larger amounts and having leftovers. A lot of foods taste even better the next day. But if I have leftovers and want a completely different meal, this is quick and simple. Leaving me to still not having to cook again. This recipe can work for leftover chicken or beef roasts too.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Use leftover grilled pork ribs. Here's my recipe that I used the leftovers from.
https://cookpad.wasmer.app/us/recipes/339669-grilled-pork-ribs
- 2
Dice about two cups worth. A little more or less won't matter. It's just using up your leftovers. :)
- 3
In a skillet add diced onions and heat over medium heat. Cook one minute.
- 4
Add in diced pork and barbeque sauce.
- 5
Cook for four minutes until just heated through.
- 6
Take Italian loaf and cut into two pieces. Cut each piece in half and spread open. Two slices will go to one portion.
- 7
Spoon half of meat with sauce over each portion.
- 8
Dinners ready.

BBQ Pulled Pork Dinner Bake & Sandwiches BBQ Pulled Pork Dinner Bake & Sandwiches
This is a good recipe if you're tired of the same old plain shredded beef sandwiches. It's also good in the fall when there is an abundance of squash, cranberries, and warm casseroles being made.😏👌 Good for the whole family in one dish! Perfect for #fridgecleanout shredded beef or veggies or Thanksgiving #leftoversmakeovers ! 👏 (Note: If your cranberry sauce is already made it cuts the time by 20-30mins.😉) Chef Mommy Nessa -

Too Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Sandwiches Too Easy Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Sandwiches
Just as the title says, this is just too easy but so delicious! The "country style pork for bbq" is pretty much just pork butt/shoulder sliced up into kind of rib shaped pieces. You can find it bone-in or boneless. Bone-in just imparts more flavor. If you can't find this particular cut by all means go for a small boneless pork butt/shoulder and voila, it's "pulled pork"! Crockpot BBQ Chicken Sandwiches Crockpot BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
I spent a couple of weeks this summer searching for "summer" recipes which didn't introduce much heat into my home. I remembered I had a crockpot, so here is one that I really enjoyed that didn't heat up my kitchen.I used frozen chicken breasts, so if you use fresh chicken, be mindful that it might take less time than my cook time. Also, I used Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce... it's my favorite!Hi, its me!

BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich
Easy to prepare in the oven, in lieu of using an outdoor smoker. However, an outdoor grill to start the pork cooking process is key to get a slight smoked taste. This meal yields enough for a small group gathering. Rick M -
BBQ brisket grilled pimento cheese sandwich BBQ brisket grilled pimento cheese sandwich
I love grilled cheese sandwiches! If you want a heavier hearty sandwich use leftover meat in it. Uses up leftovers and you can be creative. The twist is to use garlic bread. 😊 tamiller1954 -
