1 1/2 lbbutter
1 quartwing hot sauce your choice, i prefer franks
2 ozworcestershire sauce your choice, i prefer lea and perrins
4 ozminced garlic
1 pintsbeer your choice, i prefer a good dark pale ale

melt down half pound butter with minced galic

after the butter is melted put in hot sauce and worcestershire sauce

last but not least add your pint of beer and bring to slight boil

done now add to chicken wings enjoy
