Grated Sweet potato..wash it in water and squeeze out excess water

Ingredients required

Heat ghee/oil in a pan and add jeera, later add peanuts, Peanuts crush, red chilly powder, chopped green chilly. Sauté little.

Add Grated Sweet potato and mix well.cook covered for some time and check in between. Add sugar and salt and mix again.

Usually it gets cooked within 5 to 10 minutes

Add lemon juice. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot
