Steps

Cut the pumpkin into medium sized cubes.

Heat oil in a pan add methi, cumin seeds and ginger. Let them splutter

Add turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, and Saute for 1/2minutes

. Add the pumpkin and mix well.

Add jaggery and tamrind paste abd Cook for 3-4 minutes on high flame.

Add 1/2 cup water, and cook with lid on low flame untill the pumpkin become soft
- 7
Make sure the consistency should be neither more runny nor totally dry...
