Ingredients

  • 175 gramsSelf raising flour
  • 175 gramsCaster sugar
  • 175 gramsButter or margarine
  • 3 mediumEggs
  • 2 tspGround mixed cake spice

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix flour, sugar, butter/margarine, eggs & cake all spice.

  2. 2

    Pre heat oven to gas mark 5. Grease cake tin with butter/margarine & dust tin with flour. Place into the middle of the oven & cook for 40 minutes until golden brown.
