In a large pan, saute your onion, don't let it overcook, then add the tomato and let it cook until mashed.

Add all your other ingredients (cauliflower, cucumber, carrots) and season with cayenne pepper and salt. add a little amount of water and cover to cook for 7 minutes then set aside.

For the chicken I usually marinate my chicken in (ginger powder, crashed garlic, light soysauce, black pepper) I usually prefer to marinate it overnight so that the chicken absorbs the flavours well.

Preheat your oven at 180 degrees and bake your chicken for 50 minutes.
