Ingredients

  • 4 tbspof oil
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 1 tspcajun
  • 1red pepper chopped
  • 1celery stock diced
  • 1red onion diced
  • 1 largecarrot chopped
  • 1 cupof green peas (optional)
  • 4 cupcooked rice
  • 1cupof chives finely diced
  • 1 lbchopped smoked pork

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oil in deep pan

  2. 2

    Fry meat until fully cooked (I like mine crunchy )

  3. 3

    Add celery cook for 30 seconds

  4. 4

    Add onions and peppers cook for 30 seconds

  5. 5

    Add carrots cook for 30 seconds

  6. 6

    Add peas cook for 30 seconds

  7. 7

    Add cooked rice and soy sauce

  8. 8

    Garnish with chives
