Cooking Instructions
- 1
chop up veggies and throw in a blender to have a soft texture to match the ground meats. don't add salt as it will create too much juice. unless you need a lot. you cam use parsley for meats and dill for fish.
- 2
sieve fruit and use it for the meats or as a spread. use juice for vegetarian or any dishes or salad dressing

Spicy lamb meatballs with a tangy yoghurt sauce Spicy lamb meatballs with a tangy yoghurt sauce
Usually meatballs are a bit of a hassle to make - especially if they need a tomato sauce to go with them. This recipe was inspired by wanting something super tasty, freezable (so I can use for a future meal) and quick to make. Most online lamb meatball recipes (and I consulted a few 😉) use the traditional frying ball method, but lamb is already fatty enough. And, as I found out today, oven works fine 😊. Since this recipe requires quite a few ingredients (it is worth it - trust me!!) and I know how precious time is to us all, I recommend making more than you need, and either freezing the mixture itself, or the meatballs once cooked, for a future meal. Meatballs in tomato and coconut sauce Meatballs in tomato and coconut sauce
I'm pretty sure that my ability to cook is one of the keys to my marriage. In fact, I'm not 100% certain my wife would've agreed to marry me if it weren't for my passion for food and cooking. Still, that doesn't mean she doesn't occasionally have her doubts. Like when I told her I was going to make meatballs with tomato and coconut sauce for dinner. At first she assumed it'd be a curry, and when I told her it wouldn't be she simply said "it sounds a little weird." Fortunately the dish worked out (pretty brilliantly, actually), and both she and our daughter are believers once again. Robert Gonzal -
