First mix maida with yogurd. Make a thick paste of it. Using whiskers aerate batter and keep it in warm place for fermentation for 1 hour. Till then make syrup for jalebi.

For that take 4 cup of water for 3cup of sugar. Mix it and take it to flame. Boil it. When it start boiling add just crushed cardamom. Add food colour. And cook it till it become one thread consistency. Then add milk. Milk will come on top with foam. Remove that foam. And take it off the flame.

For jalebi see how is consistency of batter if its too thick add little water. Pour it in piping bag and make circular spiral motions on hot ghee.. fry it from both sides and take it out and put it in syrup remove it and garnish it with dry fruits.
