  1. 1 smallred apple
  2. 1 tbspwater
  3. 1 tspground cinnamon
  4. 1 tsphoney
  5. 1/2 tbspbutter
  6. 1 tbspwheat germ
  7. 2 tbspwhipping cream

  1. 1

    Chop apple and sauté in a nonstick skillet with the water. Cover on medium for 2 minutes or until apple is softened.

  2. 2

    Put in a bowl and mix with honey, butter, and cinnamon. I also added wheat germ for some texture and a healthy bonus.

  3. 3

    Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

I make something sorta like this I call it Apple crisp but it really is not :-) And it is no bakeHot water
