Prepare a batter for making the suji vadas. For this, take a big mixing bowl and add suji and curd into it. Stir to mix well. After this add ginger, green chilies, Red chilli powder, onion, curry leaves salt and mix everything. Mix some water in the batter. The consistency of batter should be same to the batter prepared with urad dal. Cover and keep the batter aside for 10 to 15 minutes to set.

After 15 minutes, Suji will puff up. Now mix green coriander and baking soda to it. Batter is little thick, add 1 tsp water to it. Batter for making the vadas is now done and ready,

Take enough oil in kadai for deep frying the vadas.. Wet your hands with some water and take some batter on your palm. Now roll it a little and make a hole using your thumb.

Gently slide the vadas into oil to fry. Deep Fry vadas in golden brown color, serve hot with tomato sauce, green chutney or coconut chutney, Enjoy
