  • 1 cupflour
  • 2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tsppepper
  • 2 tsppaprika
  • 1 1/2 cupheavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Dredge the chicken in the flour and spices and arrange in baking (if using chicken with skin, arrange skin side up)

  2. 2

    Mix the cream and water and pour over chicken.

  3. 3

    Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until top is golden brown
