Ingredients

  1. 1 lbunsalted butter, room temperature
  2. 1salt & pepper to taste
  3. 2 tbspeach, fresh herbs, rosemary, thyme & sage, minced
  4. 1 tbsplemon zest
  5. 1 clovegarlic minced

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl combine butter, salt, pepper and herbs,lemon zest and garlic stir to combine. Place on parchment paper and roll into a log. Wrap in tinfoil and freeze until ready to use.
