1 sachetbenny spice
2carrots, chopped
1bay leaf
1 tspmixed herbs
1 tsprajah curry spice
1onion, chopped
1jug water

Boil onion and leave for 5 minutes to drain water and to cool then chop and fry for 3 minutes

Add bay leaf and rice then boil the rice in water

Add diced carrots, mixed herbs and rajah spice

Let it simmer for 15 minutes then serve as you desired
