Ingredients

  • 2Boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 tspDried or fresh zest of lime
  • 6 tbspLime juice or juice of two fresh
  • 3/4 cupCilantro fresh
  • 2 tbspMinced garlic
  • 1/2 cupSliced onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinated chicken with all ingredients overnight or for at least 6 hrs

  2. 2

    Pour all ingredients and marinade into baking pan.
    Bake at 400 uncover until done
