Had left over super good mashed potatoes I didn't want them to go to waste

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupItalian bread crumbs
  2. 1/2 cuppanko( Japanese style bread crumbs)
  3. 1 1/2 stickbutter
  4. 1 cancorn
  5. 3 cupmashed potatoes
  6. 1 cupsharp cheddar

Cooking Instructions

    Add bread crumbs together and mix well

  2. 2

    Dump bout 2/3 of the crumbs into bottom of glass baking dish

  3. 3

    Melt butter and pour half over the bread crumbs evenly

  4. 4

    Add mashed potatoes on top of the melted butter and bread crumbs spread out and try not press too hard the butter and crumbs are kinda like a crust

  5. 5

    Spread half the cheese onto the potatoes and add can of corn onto top of the cheese evenly

  6. 6

    Top with remaining cheese and.bread crumbs press down slightly

  7. 7

    Add other half of melted butter

  8. 8

    Bake 400 °to 425 ° degrees for 20 or until golden brown and a bit bubbly
