Steps

Peel off the potatoes and guard and wash with water.

Cut the thin round slice of both veggies.

Spread over the potato and lauki salt,chilli and haldi.

Take one bowl and add besan and all dry masalas. mix well.

Now put the kadai on the gas and do hot.
- 6
Deep all pakodas one by one in the besan paste.

And drop into the oil slowly and fry untill the brown on the medium flame.

Put it on the plate spread chat masala.
- 9
Serve hot pakodas with green chutney or ketchup.
