Steps

Wash your meat, tomatoes, dhania, peel and wash your garlic cloves and the red onion

Add the 1/2 litre of cold water to a sufuria together with the already washed meat, cover and boil under medium heat until all the water dries up (takes 25-30 min)

Finely chop your tomatoes, dhania and the red onion placing each on a separate bowl

Crush the garlic cloves

Once all the water has dried up, add in the chopped red onion and the tomatoes and fry as u stir for five minutes till the tomatoes r properly cooked

Add in the crushed garlic and salt(as per your preferred taste) and fry for two minutes

Finally add in the finely chopped dhania, fry for a minute and switch off the heat(ensures the dhania retains its colour n it's not overcooked)
