This is my favourite food for autumn and winter, it is really good to make you warm :) it should be a little sweet but not too much. You can eat it with roasted baguette with herbs or only with bread ;) Enjoy!

Ingredients

  1. 4 pieceonion (big)
  2. 1 1/2 literwater
  3. 4 tbspoil
  4. 1 1/2 piecebroth cubes (beef)
  5. 1 tbspsugar
  6. salt
  7. pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the water in big pot. While water is coming boiled, peel all onions and cut them into half and then into thin pieces.

    On pan warm up oil, put there onion pieces and some salt. Sometimes mix it. Fry the onion till it will be as glass, then put there sugar to caramelize it a little bit.

    Mix it well. Fry the onion till it will be brown a little bit.

    To the boiling water put beef broth cubes (or you can make proper broth of course). When it will be completely melted, put there all caramelized onion, pepper and salt and warm it for 15 minutes on small fire to have the onion soft. And you are done! :)
