Cooking Instructions
- 1
In saucepan, heat pineapple juice, milk and butter. Heat to warm, but not hot.
- 2
If using packet yeast, add to liquid mixture and let foam for 10 minutes before adding to dry ingredients.
- 3
In bread machine pan, add salt, sugar, eggs, flour and yeast on top. Slowly add liquid.
- 4
Set machine to sweet bread setting and choose light, medium or dark crust setting. I like setting mine to light setting, but its personal preference.
- 5
When bread is finished baking, remove from pan to cool. I put mine on top of bowl to let air flow under it instead of on plate. Cools faster and keeps it from getting soggy on the bottom.
- 6
If making rolls, after first rise, punch down and pinch off what size rolls you desire. Golf ball size does well for me in a lightly greased 9x13 pan.
- 7
Let rise for about an hour or until doubled in size. Brush with melted butter and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- 8
Brush with more butter right out of oven if desired.

I didn't want my leftover condensed milk to go to waste, so I tried making bread with it.Instead of making rolls, you can just use the bread course in the bread maker and this is also delicious. Sweet and Fluffy Honey Cookie Bread Sweet and Fluffy Honey Cookie Bread
I wanted to make a bread that would be a hit with the kids, so I came up with a strongly honey flavored cookie bread. Both the bread dough and the cookie dough have lots of honey in them! When freshly baked these are very crispy, and after some time they turn soft and tender. They're not just popular with kids, they're a hit with adults too! There's a generous amount of cookie dough in the recipe, so you can use a lot of it as topping. When the buns are still hot out of the oven you can't really taste them properly, so wait until they have cooled down a bit so that the cookie part is crispy. ♪ When the buns are completely cooled they become soft and moist. If you warm them up a bit in a toaster oven, they'll become crispy again! Recipe by Toiroiro cookpad.japan -

Easy Hand Kneaded Basic Sweet Bread Dough Easy Hand Kneaded Basic Sweet Bread Dough
A friend tipped me on the fact that bread is softer and more tasty using cake flour in the dough, so through a process of trial and error, adding 10 g at a time, I came up with this perfect ratio of ingredients.*Measure the ingredients precisely.*The proofing will not go well without enough moisture in the dough, so spray it with water if it is too dry.*I was also uneasy about the results at first, but the stickiness of the dough will eventually even out to a smooth dough. For those who don't have a bread machine, do your best without it.
