Ingredients

20minutes
  • 2tubers Potatoes
  • Vegetable oil 2 cooking spoon
  • Pepper 5 fruits
  • Onion 1 bulb
  • to tasteSeasoning

Steps

20minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and slice onion, blend pepper

  2. 2

    Heat up pot, add vegetable oil Then pour in the sliced onion and pepper fry a little then add a little water. pour in the seasoning and allow to simmer. lower heat.

  3. 3

    Peel potatoes slice and rinse. sprinkle a pinch of salt and fry in hot oil.

  4. 4

    Serve fried potatoes with pepper sauce.
