  • chicken
  • 1 largeegg
  • 2 tbspcornstarch
  • 1 pinchsalt and pepper
  • 1 lbboneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbspsesame oil
  • sauce
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspwater
  • 1/2 tbspsesame seed oil
  • 1 1/2 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsprice vinegar
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1/4 tspginger
  • 2 tbspsesame seeds
  • 1 tbspcornstarch

    In bowl, whisk together egg, cornstarch, and salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Trim fat off chicken and cut into 1 inch pieces.

  3. 3

    Toss chicken in mixture.

  4. 4

    Heat skillet with oil, until hot. Add chicken till cooked all the way (7-10 minutes)

  5. 5

    While chicken xooks, prepare sauce in a small bowl by stiring together the soy sauce, water, sesame oil, brown sugar, rice vinegar, fresh ginger, minced garlic, cornstarch, and sesame seeds.

  6. 6

    Pour sauce over cooked chicken, toss, then turn off heat. Cover chicken and let sit for 5-10 minutes so sauce thickens.

  7. 7

    Do the same sauce mixture and mix with rice or quinua.
