Taisen's mint chocolate fudge

I have never made fudge before. I have looked at recipes for it and I decided to try and keep it simple , quick and easy enough the kids can help. This tastes really good especially if you like the mint Andes candy , but I need to find a way to make it more fudgey.

I have never made fudge before. I have looked at recipes for it and I decided to try and keep it simple , quick and easy enough the kids can help. This tastes really good especially if you like the mint Andes candy , but I need to find a way to make it more fudgey.
Steps
- 1
Measure out chocolate and mint chips.
- 2
Take foil and line your pan with it. Spray it with cooking spray so the chocolate doesn't stick
- 3
Open can of milk
- 4
Pour milk into a saucepan. Add all of the chocolate and mint chocolate chips. Put on medium heat. Stir
- 5
Continue stirring and melt down the chips until smooth and creamy.
- 6
Spread the mixture evenly into your foil lined pan. You can top this with anything you like from sprinkles, to nuts to extra chips or candy canes !
- 7
Cover and place in fridge for at least 2 hours
- 8
Pull out the fudge from the fridge and then pull the foil out. No mess :)
- 9
Cut into small squares. To store use wax paper in between the fudge. Place wax paper , then fudge , wax paper then fudge so they don't stick together. Enjoy !
