Cooking Instructions
- 1
Coat pork roast with yellow mustard and then all over with your BBQ seasoning. (You can do this the night before if you'd like) (shown is what I used but any BBQ seasoning of your choice will do)
- 2
Add water to crockpot and then pork roast. Cook on high for 4-5 hrs. Mine was literally falling apart in 4 hrs. Shred well with two forks.
- 3
Add remaining ingredients and mix in well. Turn crock pot to low and cook another hour. Serve with crusty rolls(our favorite way) or serve over buttered rice.

Oven-Roasted Pulled Pork Oven-Roasted Pulled Pork
Lately, I've been seeing American foodies on Instagram posting about pulled pork with tacos and sandwiches, and it looks so delicious. But when I looked up recipes, I found out it takes 5 hours to cook. However, it seems like after just 3 hours, the meat becomes tender and easy to pull apart. Perfect! The final product, paired with tangy coleslaw and homemade buns, is super tasty. My parents said they never thought pork with bread could be this good. Slow-Roasted Pulled Pork Slow-Roasted Pulled Pork
Low failure rate! Perfect for making burgers, sandwiches, or serving with bread. Since the oven uses a lot of electricity, consider making a larger batch at once. Store in an airtight container with the meat and juices together in the freezer. When ready to eat, simply reheat using a rice cooker. Leo ChengTranslated from Cookpad Taiwan -

This recipe sacrifices a little of the smoke flavor for a quicker cook time and crispier exterior crust. The meat still is amazingly tender and juicy. Dan Krause -
Pulled Pork Pulled Pork
This is a mish-mosh of a couple recipes. And I've done it with both a pressure cooker and crock pot and worked out great with either method. I love coleslaw on my pulled pork sandwich but if you want it on the side, that's fine. If you don't want it at all, that's fine too!! As always thank you to my photographer husband Mike to make it look picture perfect!! kokomayla -
