Ingredients

1 hour 12 mins
12 servings
  • 1salt
  • 1whole onion (cut in chunks)
  • 1lime juice
  • 3potatoes
  • 4stick of celery (cut in chunks)
  • 1hot pepper
  • 3 quartwater
  • 5 lbchicken wings (cut in portion)

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil chicken wings. Drain off and wash.

  2. 2

    In a large pot, put 3quarts of water adding onions celery. Bring to a boil. Season with pepper and salt. Add limes to your taste.

  3. 3

    Then add potatoes. Boil again until potatoes are soft.

  4. 4

    Then add wings. Cook for 30 minutes.

@cook_28739517 She's Bahamian so it should be legit. Armbrister is a big family in the islands. References: My husband's dad is an Armbrister.
