Ingredients

  1. 2ripe pears, peeled, halved & cored
  2. 1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  3. 1 tbspolive oil
  4. 1 tspwholegrain mustard
  5. 1 tspthyme leaves, finely chopped
  6. 1/2 tsprosemary, finely chopped
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. 1 pinchblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to gas 7 / 220C / 425°F and line a baking tray

  2. 2

    Mix the marinade ingredients together - everything but the pears

  3. 3

    Coat the pears all over with the marinade and place on the baking tray

  4. 4

    Roast for 6 minutes, baste then roast for 9 minutes more

  5. 5

    Serve with poultry dishes
