Ingredients

  1. Marinade
  2. 250 gramsFish (thalapath [most prefered] , seer fish or tuna )
  3. 1 tbspsalt
  4. 1 tsppepper
  5. 1 tspturmeric
  6. 1/2lime juice or lemon juice
  7. Devil
  8. 2 largeonion, chopped
  9. 1 largegreen chillie chopped
  10. 2 largecapsicum copped
  11. 1 smalltomato
  12. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  13. 1 tbsptomato sause
  14. 1 tspsugar
  15. 1 tbsplime juice
  16. 1 tspturmeric
  17. 1 tsppepper
  18. 1 tbspsalt
  19. 1 tspginger chopped
  20. 1 clovegarlic
  21. 1 cupoil to fry
  22. 3 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First Marinade the fish with given ingrediants. Set aside for about 10 mins.

    After that deep fry the fish until golden colour.

  3. 3

    Then add 3 tablespoon of oil and fry onions,garlic,ginger,chillies and capsicum.

    Then salt,pepper,turmeric and chopped tomato. Th

    Then ads the fried fish as well as soy sause,tomato sause and sugar. Finally add sugar and remove from heat.

    Remember to stir well.
