Spicy Southern Garlic Chili

Ingredients

  1. 2 lb97% lean ground beef
  2. 1 clovegarlic
  3. 1onion, chopped
  4. 1tex mex chili seasoning
  5. 1 packagesMcCormick slow cooker chili
  6. 1 canstewed whole plum tomatoes
  7. 1 cantomatos and okra
  8. 1 canfire roasted garlic tomatoes
  9. 1 cupmexican shredded cheese
  10. 1/2 cantomato sauce
  11. 1 canchili style kidney beans
  12. 1 tbspcayenne pepper
  13. 1salt
  14. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Brown meet. Drain. Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Add half package of tex mex chili powder. Mix well.

    Pour tomatoes, beans, okra and McCormick chili mix into crock pot. Add salt, cayenne pepper, tomato sauce and water. Mix well.

    Add meet. Turn cooker on for 8 hours low, or 4 hours high. Garnish with cheese.

    If you would like less of a spicy garlic flavor, use half of a clove. Enjoy!
