Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork

I remember seeing a similar recipe long ago and have been tweaking and improvising it ever since. The ingredients are rough estimates as I don't tend to measure for this recipe.

Amazing Aggie Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork Amazing Aggie Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork
My friend, Curtis, is one of the most loyal Aggies that I know, and he gave me my first successful pellet grill recipe for some amazing and foolproof pulled pork. Hence the name "Amazing Aggie Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork". I've added a couple of tweaks, but the basic recipe is based on the original email he sent me nearly a year ago that I refer back to quite often. Enjoy! Troy Dye -
Pulled Pork Pulled Pork
This is a mish-mosh of a couple recipes. And I've done it with both a pressure cooker and crock pot and worked out great with either method. I love coleslaw on my pulled pork sandwich but if you want it on the side, that's fine. If you don't want it at all, that's fine too!! As always thank you to my photographer husband Mike to make it look picture perfect!! kokomayla -
