  • 1 3/4 lbground beef
  • 2 canred kidney beans
  • 2 canblack beans
  • 3 canTexas Ranch Beans
  • 2 candiced tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tspcumin
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 2 tspchili powder
  • 3 clovegarlic minced
  • 1/2onion - diced.
  • 3 tbspcream cheese
  • 1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef then drain excess grease.

  2. 2

    Add all other ingredients and heat through. Let simmer at low heat 30 minutes to a couple hours . (Marries all the flavors together) i like to add red pepper flakes to mine . Your choice .
