Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl together with the vinegar, honey, red onion, sweet baby rays and brown sugar.

On the slow cooker place the ribs and pour mixture in making sure the ribs are evently coated.

Cover the slow cooker and turn on high for 5 hours.

If in 5 hours they are not tender that they fall of the bone, put in 2 hours more. In my slowcooker they were ready in 5 hours.

Prepare your favorite side dish and enjoy.
