  • 2 lbsweet potatoes
  • 5 clovegarlic (or more to taste)
  • 4 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  • 3 eachthyme fresh

  1. 1

    Peel and slice sweet potato to desired thickness.

    Add olive oil, garlic cloves and salt and peeper to taste. Additional options sprinkle with cinnamon or red chili flakes.

    Bake in oven at 425°F until tender. Garnish with fresh thyme.
