Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcanned red beans (with the water)
  2. 2spring onions, finely chopped
  3. 1garlic clove, minced
  4. 3 tbspfreshly chopped dill (or parsley, or both)
  5. 3 tbspflour
  6. 1 tspdried oregano
  7. 1salt and pepper to taste
  8. 1enough frying oil

    Place the beans with their water in a medium bowl and mash them with a spoon. You may also use any other types of beans.

  2. 2

    Next, add the rest of the ingredients (except for the oil) and mix together with the spoon.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil and drop the patties by spoonfuls. Allow for them to brown on each side and enjoy!
