Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Grease the cake pan with butter or line it with baking paper.

Beat the eggs lightly.

Add milk, sugar, salt, oil, and vanilla.

Sift and add flour, baking powder, orange zest, and all the spices.

Mix well with a mixer or whisk.

Add raisins and carrots, and mix well again.

Bake for about 40 minutes. Check with a skewer if needed.

Frosting: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, yogurt, and orange zest until smooth. Spread the frosting on the cooled cake. Decorate with pistachios.
