Steps
- 1
Make paneer from low fat milk and make a dough from it. Mash it well till oil releases from it
- 2
Make round balls of paneer and press them gently. Boil water in a Pan and add around 1 cup sugar. Once it dissolves, add pressed paneer into it. Let it boil for 15 minutes

Boil high fat milk in another pan and add 1 cup sugar into it.. keep aside the malai and let it boil till it's thick. Add the chopped dry fruits and saffron for colour. I added milkmaid as well to get the required thickness. Add the pressed paneer balls into this now and refrigerate it for 1 hour.
