Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup- mixed fruit jam
  2. 2 tbsp- malai
  3. 1 cup- milk powder
  4. 2 tbsp- milk
  5. 1 cup- cashew powder
  6. 2 drops- pink colour
  7. 2 tbsp- chopped pista for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take a pan...add mixed fruit jam & malai..mix well

  2. 2

    Add milk powder & milk...mix well gently

  3. 3

    Keep it in a low flame

  4. 4

    Add cashew powder...mix well...thick paste ready...add pink colour

  5. 5

    Switch off the flame

  6. 6

    Cover & allow the burfi to cool completely at room temperature

  7. 7

    After it sets...slices the burfi & serve
