Ingredients

  • 250 gramkaju
  • 250 grambadam
  • to tastesalt
  • to tasteBlack papper
  • 1 tsp Ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Coat ghee on the kaju and badam uniformly.Place in large wide, microwave proof plate.

  2. 2

    Run on high for 2 minutes. Take out, toss nuts lightly, return to microwave. Run again on medium, for 2 minutes. Make sure the cashew become only pinkish brown.

  3. 3

    They will continue browning, even while cooling. When warm, sprinkle salt and papper toss. Cool completely, before storing in airtight container.

  4. 4

    Serve with tea or coffee.
