Ingredients

1-add together-
1 galloncucumbers, sliced
8 smallonions, sliced
2red bell peppers, sliced
1/4 cupcanning or kosher salt
1mix together-
1 1/2 tsptumeric
1/2 tspcloves
2 tbspmustard seed
2 tspcelery seed
5 cupgranulated sugar
5 cupwhite distilled vinegar

Steps

Cover the sliced vegetables with ice for three hours, then drain.

Add the mixed spices (turmeric through vinegar) to the drained cucumber mixture.

Boil for five minutes and hot pack.
