BYG's Southern Mac n Cheese BYG's Southern Mac n Cheese
⚠ this Mac n cheese will surely knock your diet back a week or so.It's one of the most requested dishes for our family gatherings, and is solely meant for large groups. You have to make this dish with love to serve it perfectly. I suggest tasting noodles for texture, melted cheese for flavor, and the seasoned noodles & cheese mixture for taste. This helps to make sure you don't over or under season the dish. The cheeses needed for shredding can be from the deli or the 8 & 16oz blocks sold in the dairy section. I use Kraft blocks for the Monterrey and Mozzarella, Great Value for sharp cheddar, and splurge a little on the Muenster by getting a higher end brand. Shantelle Kidd -

Tex-Mex Mac & Cheese Tex-Mex Mac & Cheese
My family loves mac & cheese. One day I was making Tex-Mex Chicken and had made mac & cheese to go with it but wanted it to follow the Tex-Mex dinner theme I was going with so I found some Taco Bell Taco Sauce packets in the fridge and threw them in to the macaroni and it came out great. If you want to just change up your regular old mac & cheese, this will be the one for you. cswindoll -

Loaded Mac and Cheese Loaded Mac and Cheese
This is a quick, creamy macaroni and cheese with a little extra. Adding the sausage, peppers and onions makes this a full meal. Experiment with different types of cheese that melt well: cheddar gouda, fontaine, provolone, swiss, gruyere, muenster, jack, etc. I used gouda in the pictures. Jon Valdez -
