Preheat oven at 190°F celsius . Mix the butter and the sugar until it becomes fluffy.

Next you add the tangerine peel and mix again very well.

We add the flour,little by little until we have a dough easy to work with.

We roll the dough into a 0,5 cm sheet and we cut it in the desired shapes. Then we bake the cookies for 20 minutes. For finishing we can add melted chocolate or caster sugar.
