For ugali boil 4 cups water.

Add flour to the boiled water and stir with a mwiko

Slowly add the flour while stirring the mixture

Stir constantly to a firm patty smoothing out any lumps. Cover sufuria and allow to simmer for around 5 minutes then turn off heat and overturn on a plate and cover.

Boil beef and let any extra water finish then add cooking oil

Stir and add chopped onions and crushed garlic.

After a minute add tomatoes and cover for a minute or 2then add beef cube and salt.

Add water and cover for 3minutes then turn off heat and serve.
