Bread ki sides cut kar le. Halka water lagakar mash kar le.

Ab ek bowl me mashed potato, kadukass singhare and mashed bread daal de.

Ab isme salt, red chilli, black pepper, green chilli, garam masala and dhaniya thoda sa daal de.

Frying pan me utna hi oil dale Jo tikki ko fry krne ke liye enough ho,deep fry nahi Krna hai.oil ko garam karein.

Ab isme ek ek kar ke tikki daal de.around 3- 4 tikkies can fry at a time.

Dono trf se golden brown fry karein tikki ready hai.
