Ingredients

  • 500 GMshalgam
  • 2onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • 2 tablespoonoil
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsphaladi powder
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  • as needed chopped dhaniya
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • as neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Cooker me oil dal kar garam karein.for jeera dale.crackle hone par onion daal de.

  2. 2

    Golden Brown hone par salt red chilli, haladi, green chilli, mix it

  3. 3

    Add tomato mix it.tomato ko pakne de.jab pk jae to shalgam daal kar mix karein.

  4. 4

    Add sugar,mix it.add little bit water mix it.cover the cooker with lid.

  5. 5

    2-3 whistles ke baad gas off kar de.steam nikl Jane par khole.

  6. 6

    Shalgam ko hilae or thoda mash bhi karein.garam masala and dhaniya bhi daal de.mix it well.

  7. 7

    Shalgam ki sabazi ready hai.garma garam chapati sath serve karein.
