Ingredients

2 dozendried chipotle chiles
1 can (6 ounces)tomato paste
2 tspsalt
1/4 cupbrown sugar
1/2 cuprice vinegar
8large garlic cloves
1large onion, sliced
4 cupwater

Rinse chiles in a bowl of water a few times to remove debris. Cut off any stems.

Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally for 1 hour uncovered until sauce is reduced

Enjoy! :) Add it to your favorite recipes !! Or blend it up to make an insane hot sauce!!
