Ingredients

  1. 500 GmsSpinach-
  2. 200 Gms Paneer- (Cut the paneer 1'' square size)
  3. 2 tablespoonRefined oil-
  4. 1-2 pinchAsafoetida-
  5. 1/2 small spoonCumin seed-
  6. 2 small spoonKasuri methi-
  7. 2-3Tomato-
  8. 2-3Green Chilli-
  9. 1 inch in length and 1'' widthGinger-
  10. 2 tablespoonCream- (If you want)
  11. Salt- (According to taste)
  12. 1/2 tspgaram masala ,
  13. Coriander powder as  requirements
  14. Turmeric powder,
  15. 1 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the spinach well.take 1/4cup water and vissel them 5to 6 min.after boiling rest them 5min.let it cool,then make a smooth paste in a mixer and keep aside.

    Grind the tomato, green chilli and ginger in the grinder finely

    Take oil in a pan add cumin seed when it cracker add the grind tomatoes ginger and chilli.

    Add all dry spices fry them untill they turn golden brown colour and separate the oil.

    Add palak paste and water,cream and paneer cubs boil in a simmer heatheat3to4 minutes.

    Garnish with fresh cream.
