Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchpalak
  2. 250 gmpaneer
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 1 spoon o oil
  5. 1 tsp Carom seeds
  6. 1 spoon cream
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2 tomato
  9. 1/2inch ginger
  10. 2 Green chilli
  11. as required handfull of Kasuri methi

Cooking Instructions

    Boil 2 cup of water. add spinach and boil for 1 min and put it to cold water for 2 min. strain and griend in fine paste.
    -cut paneer in 1/2 inch size
    -make fine paste of tomato, ginger,and green chilli

    Heat oil in a deep pan add cumin seeds. add tomato paste gravy and cook till oil release. add turmeric,red chilli and kasuri methi cook for 2 min.
    add palak puri and cook for 5 min add salt and Paneer.
    cook for 5 min. add roasted cumin powder, cook for 3 min
    Palak paneer is ready.
