Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled and blanched palak(spinach)
  2. 1/2 cupfresh coriander paste
  3. 1 cuppaneer
  4. 3 tbspoil
  5. 1 tbspbutter
  6. 2 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  8. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  9. 1/2 cupchopped tomato
  10. 2 tbspcashew paste
  11. 1 tspKasturi methi
  12. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  13. 2 tspgaram masala
  14. 2 tspcoriander powder
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 1 tspginger paste

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan. And add cumin seeds let them cracker.

    Add garlic and ginger and also add onion.

    Add tomato and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

    Mix well and add all the masala along cashew paste.

  5. 5

    Cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

    Add palak puree and coriander puree.

  7. 7

    Cook for 10 minutes. Add chopped paneer.

  8. 8

    Serve hot.
