  • 1ripe mashed banana
  • 1/4 cupapplesauce
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 1egg white
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 1/2 cupoats
  • 1/4 cupcoconut flakes
  • 1/4 cupdried cranberries
  • 1/4 cuphazelnuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk the first 7 ingredients together

  2. 2

    Add the oats, coconut flakes, dried cranberries and hazelnuts

  3. 3

    Press the mixture into a parchment papper lined baking dish ant bake for 30 minutes at 350°F or 175C

  4. 4

    Let it cool before slicing and enjoy! :)

These turned out great! So soft, so chewy, awesome for those trying to loosen up on the sugar. Made mine in cookie shape.
