Take gram flour in bowl

Add rice flour, maize flour,red chilli powder,chopped green chillies and all the spices one after the other

Add coriander and salt mix it and gradually add water to prepare a batter

Leave it to rest for 5 to 10 min

Take mustard oil in a pan for frying

After it gets heated, start adding pakoras

Dip ajwain leaves in a spicy gram flour mixture, we just prepared

Fry it in oil

Heat is low to medium and not high

Remove it from pan once it gets golden in colour

Similarly, coat bringal and potato pieces and fry them

Repeat same procedure with chopped onion and potato

It's ready now enjoy the pakora platter with Chutney or sause
